Hannya-chan and co. are interested in covering stories outside of Japan. One such story is that of Nuckelavee Tour: an account of the annual Nuckelavee Tournament, which is celebrated by spirits all across the Scottish Highlands. The Tournament's premise is simple: win a series of challenges and track down the elusive Nuckelavee.

According to my sources, Nuckelavee Tour will officially begin development when one of the Neo Bestiary "stories" concludes.

Now, what can you expect from Nuckelavee Tour?

Tess McLosk is a vulcan who can purportedly create miniature stars, and the youngest member of House McLosk, a name that carries a lot of prestige in Scotland. She feels the need to prove herself to her family… And it seems that the Nuckelavee Tournament is the perfect opportunity. According to my sources, Nuckelavee Tour will primarily be told through Tess's point of view.

Rika Pereniyev is a sylph from Russia who uses her rapier to amplify and channel the winds she controls. She apparently works for the International Ether Police, and rumor has it that she's investigating a case in Scotland. It seems that this case has something to do with the Nuckelavee Tournament… But what could it be?
